How do I create an account?

Download the OneWayToPark app from the App Store or Google Play, tap "Sign Up," and follow the prompts to enter your email, create a password, and verify your account.

How do I add my vehicle information?

Go to your profile settings, select "Vehicles," and tap "Add Vehicle." Enter your license plate number, state, and vehicle details. You can add multiple vehicles to your account.

How do I make my first parking payment?

Find your parking location in the app, select your vehicle, choose your parking duration, and tap "Pay Now." You'll receive a confirmation and can extend your session remotely if needed.

Why was my payment declined?
