OneWayToPark provides a digital platform that enables users to:

• Pay for parking at participating locations
• Extend parking sessions remotely
• Receive notifications about parking session status
• View parking history and receipts
• Find available parking spaces (where available)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining accurate account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your payment methods are valid and current

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By using our Service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for parking fees and applicable service charges.

4.2 Pricing and Fees

Parking rates are set by individual parking operators and displayed before you confirm your parking session. We may charge a small convenience fee for our services, which will be clearly disclosed.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are subject to the policies of individual parking operators. We will facilitate refund requests where appropriate, but cannot guarantee refunds for all situations.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you remain responsible for any parking fees incurred. We may attempt to process payment using alternative payment methods on file.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information

6. Parking Regulations

6.1 Compliance with Local Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable parking regulations, time limits, and local laws. Payment through our Service does not guarantee legal parking.

6.2 Vehicle Information

You must provide accurate vehicle information, including license plate numbers. Incorrect information may result in parking violations or inability to validate your parking session.

6.3 Parking Violations

We are not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or other penalties that may result from parking violations, even if you have paid through our Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEWAYTOPARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneWayToPark, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors and parking operators. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app, email, or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or contacting customer support.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our Service or other users.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and OneWayToPark individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneWayToPark regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19.1 App Store Terms

If you download our mobile app from an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and OneWayToPark only, not with the app store provider.

Our mobile app may request certain permissions on your device, including location services, camera access, and push notifications. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

19.3 Updates

We may release updates to our mobile app from time to time. You agree to accept such updates, which may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements.
